The Subject of Money

Money may be difficult to discuss. However, Sonoma Bridal Style is competitive and comprehensive in our pricing for your wedding day hair and makeup design services.

No one likes discussing this detail, however, today is not the day to compromise on hair and makeup!

What seems like a good deal may not always be that...you want your hair to look as beautiful 5 hours into your wedding as when it was designed and you don't want your makeup sliding, looking cake-y or worse, absorbed. You are paying for years of experience along with quality design and products. Don't Settle!

Accepted Payments

Cash or Money Orders. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Booking Deposit

Our payment policy is 50% deposit for the total number of party booked. If the number of people in your wedding party booked decrease in number, the booking deposit is based on the original booked number of people. Sonoma Bridal Style plans for your needs, based upon your numbers. This is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Balance Payment

Your balance is due and payable 14 days prior to your reserved wedding day.

Sonoma Bridal Style's 'paid-in-full' policy guarantees you that only the best hair designers and makeup artists will be made available on-location for you and your bridal party on your booked and paid-for wedding day. Please, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Policy Service Agreement

Sonoma Bridal Style has a policy service agreement for services that need to be read, initialed on each page, signed, dated. Sonoma Bridal Style will keep a copy and you will receive a copy.

This covers both of us: to secure your wedding date and services, providing assurance that your wedding day hair and makeup is scheduled and in the hands of the professionals of Sonoma Bridal Style.

We also ask you to sign a photography/likeness release. This protects Sonoma Bridal Style and you, too. We will only use your likeness on our website and/or marketing materials to include advertising and portfolio. If anyone emails photos to Sonoma Bridal Style or Donna Henderson, that implies permission to use said photos emailed.

Beyond the Concord Area - Destination Bookings

Sonoma Bridal Style is willing to travel to where you're getting married. We ask that our policy agreement be followed with additional travel expenses covered: hotel lodging, tolls, hotel and/or venue parking and .36 per mile(r/t) and/or airfare. NOTE: These expenses are usually for long distance or overnite stays.

All travel accommodations need to be made and paid for by the booking party with confirmation numbers, contact names and itinerary provided to Sonoma Bridal Style, at least a month before your wedding date(booking).

Any location booked beyond a 35 mile radius from Concord, MA will require additional travel fees: parking, tolls, and any overnight stay for an early morning wedding call. NOTE: The early morning call fee will be waived if an overnight stay is paid for by the booking party.
